When I made the difficult decision to sell my beloved City Point 3 bedroom/1 bathroom in late 2015/early 2016, I first considered selling on my own as an FSBO. However, this proved to be a rather long process that would be very costly in time which I could not afford with my busy professional schedule. I met Ryan when he came to inquire about my condo as a potential property for other clients who were looking to purchase. However, after speaking with him a few times in follow-up I was incredibly impressed at how pleasant and approachable he was as well as his level of professionalism. With Ryan's help, I sold my house for the asking price, during the holiday season and in record timing even including that one minor bump. Ryan truly made the selling process enjoyable, easy, pleasant and it was very much a celebration of parting with my condo to focus on my next stage of life with my husband in our single-family home in Southie.
